The Globe Inn Marsh
Located in the historic yet happening Cinque Ports town of Rye on elegant Military Road, which leads out of the town to idyllic marshlands, the Globe Inn Marsh has been the talk of Rye since it opened in 2013, with its “sheep-shack chic” interiors, “hidden” roof terrace and regular special events.
The Globe Inn Marsh shares all the Ramblinns values of offering delicious drinks, fine, local fare and providing a quirky, inviting and unusual environment in which to relax with friends. The Hobbyist upstairs private dining room can also be booked at no charge for special events.
Open from breakfast through to evening with a changing roster of daily specials from local coastline, marsh and farms. Enjoy finest local wines and guest beers, cocktails and our celebrated gin board.
It is possible to ramble between our inns through the outstandingly beautiful countryside on our doorstep, taking a four hour ramble (or even travel by kayak?) along the Royal Military Canal to the Woolpack Inn in Warehorne, where you can stay the night before journeying on to the Five Bells Inn in Brabourne and finally to our latest inn The Radnor Arms in Folkestone. Or travel between the inns in our dedicated Harrier bus which can be booked in advance.
Explore the historic town of Rye and glorious local beaches including Winchelsea/ Rye Harbour and Camber Sands. Close to many local attractions including Great Dixter gardens.
