So beautifully framed between the South Downs and the shoreline, its a playground for the wine lover who loves to sniff the wine, swirl the glass, roll it around on their palate but equally enjoyable for those just drink it cause it just taste so dam good.
We know the vineyard is an oasis you just won’t want to leave, so we have our luxurious lodges. designed and built by Will Hardie of TV’s Amazing spaces for you
The lodges are set on the edge of the vineyard within 50 acres of abundant space and so elegantly British
The Tasting rooms
The beating heart of the retreat is our tasting rooms and our pop up eatery adapted named ‘View’. You don’t need to be a wine buff to enjoy them, with our large terrace with front row seats over looking the vine canopy, its got everything to seduce you.
All the food has unique links to our wines and gin whether it’s the Ashling Park sourdough made with the yeast from our grapes, our pointer’s pour gin cured rainbow trout, the Ashling Pinot noir Ragu and many many more delicious dishes
And for those rainy days when a vineyard tour may not be for your liking, the warm fire and 360 experience room can give you the whole love story of our vine to wine in a very interactive way
Vineyard tours and tastings from £20
You will get to try our two trophy winning sparkling wines, one of our smashing still wines followed by our very own gin distilled from Pinot Noir grapes grown on our estate.
The grand finale is our 50 beehives. This means we will be offering our home grown pure British beeswax products including honey, scented candles and wax melts, wax wraps, soaps, lip balms and even ‘Be a bee keeper for a day’ and bee tours that will blow your mind.
The Lodges
Each lodge, named to depict the cycle of the vineyard; The bud burst, The flowering, The veraison, The harvest and The fall are furnished with velvets and silks to reflect the colour of the season.
There’s stunning attention to detail for the ultimate opulence. From the hot tub on the private terrace over looking the vines to the roll-top bath, wood burner, and the hand-painted wallpaper in the heights of the apex bedroom is the crowning point for those lazy moments in the sleep-inducing bed. Each cabin is sure to be a plethora of spoiling touches.
