Brewing is our life; from grain & hop flower to the pint glass our aim is to bring the very finest ingredients together, using award winning recipes, to give ale lovers a real ale to remember. Based in Maldon, you can come and see how we brew by pre-booked brewery tours, or just pop into our Tap Room in Maldon High Street to sample a few ales from our famous ‘Wall of Ales’. In 2018 we produced our own small batch Gin; Wilde Samphire 42% abv, with a touch of Maldon Sea Salt for a true taste of Maldon.
