Fudge Kitchen

Fudge Kitchen is an artisan confectionery producer with 35 years’ experience. Our whipping cream fudge is made by hand in our Canterbury Kitchen.

First of all, we boil the ingredients to a high temperature, then pour this on to a marble slab (wait until you hear the sizzle!) and work the fudge by hand to create a smooth & creamy loaf.

Come and try as many flavours as you like, our fudge experts will be happy to recommend the flavour for you.
